Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us at contact.stryxco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
